The Calandex III Features and Benefits
The Calandex III does not collaborate Information in the Cloud !!!
This would be slow, expensive (max use of resources) & Insecure (Dishonest Software/Cloud Owners)
The Calandex III encrypts formatted text to and from a Secure Private Server.
Then the Data is Stored, Accessed & Managed on your own Desktop Computer with the Calandex III Installed. .
Text & upload/download only is inexpensive: an efficient use of resources and memory in the 'Private' Cloud
Once downloaded to Recipients, all Data is eliminated from the Internet - now stored on your Private, Powerful Desktop Computer.

Sharing Information

Export

Select the Data to Export from the Events & Activities - and MVDB Data Pages and combine it all,
Events & MVDB View, on the Reports Page.

Select the Recipient(s) of the Data. Checkboxes are provided to send each Recipient a formatted Calandex III .Cdex File, or an E-Mail - with data in HTML format, or just a Notification E-Mail, or both.

You can choose to send a pre-produced notification text message to available cell phones.

Press the 'Send' Button. The .Cdex File waits in the Private Server for Download(s), Recipient Import(s).

Import

Press the 'Import' Button on the Opening Page. All eligible .Cdex Files will be downloaded to your \Calandex III\Import Folder.

The file is now sent to the Import Page where it is Compared with matching fields in your Current Database, Edited, and added to your dB.

General Notes - Tasks/Activities - Communications (Send/Recv) - Affiliates
Chronology:
Collated Indexed & filtered Events/Activities stored and presented chronologically. Contains Title/Subjects, a Brief Description, unlimited Notes, & attached MVDB Group or Subject. Activity Group: A chained together Group of Activities (block-chain) has a unique 'ShareID'.
The Matrix View DataBase (MVDB):
Combines a Contact list with a Group entity where the Group/Business contains Subjects/People. Each Group & Person has unlimited Address/Web Site & Phone/E-Mail records.
Activity Groups
Event/Activity	each is Unique everywhere (GroupID)
Connected to:	MVDBView
Each local Computer has a Manager Activity and one or more local Activity(s) in the Group. All local Activities in the Group are Block Chained together by the GrouypID for easy access.
The Managers in the Manager Group Notes are passed to other remote Managers using the Import and Export funtions to handle information communication throughout the Project.
E-Mail & Messaging/Texting - a new better way
Pick an Activity, Group, or Person as a Recipient of your E-Mail/Text Message. Go to the Notes section, add a Note to send or select Notes(s), or send them all. Export to the Reports Page. Select Recipients and Send. Send Notifications Cell Text When the Message is returned, you can Copy or Move the Returned Message to the original Notes. They can be Compared side by side.

# Warning: SSL Encryption is safe only until it gets to the Recipients' Mail Box on their web site.
Be careful of free E-Mail Boxes, such as .gmail, .hotmail, .outlook, etc. These are vulnerable to Big tech and Government Censors.
This is why they are free, they sell your info and/or use it for their nefarious purposes.
However, you can get end to end encryption. Some applications such as Signal provide free secure messaging service (they may be able to gain
access to your contacts. They may get money from government grants who may want access in return. Also, Google and Microsoft
(and others) have security choices in their signed-in accounts. Be careful, you are putting the fox in charge of the hen house.
